The McGuire's are Senior Vice President's and have consistently been Top Producers at Briggs-Freeman Realtors.  In their career they have sold over Four-Hundred million dollars in real estate.  They specialize in larger estates but have an expertise in all price ranges from cottages to the more palatial homes.  Their background in remodeling and building as well as interior design allow them to pass on to their customers their experience and knowledge in order to help them acquire the best home value in their price range.  Jackie and Cory have relocated some of the top executives in the Dallas area. They take pride in their warm circle of clients, friends and their generous referral business, which keeps them in the Top Producers arena. 

Jackie and Cory McGuire were raised in Miami, Florida and attended Palm Beach College, The University of Miami and The University of Florida.

In 1964 they moved to Dallas, Texas where Cory and his brother started the Burger King franchise in Dallas.  Jackie worked for Eastern Airlines as an assistant to the station manager handling VIP's and all problems that arose concerning passengers at Love Field until the Birth of their first child, then remained at home for ten years until all four children were attending school.  Cory continued the growth of the Burger King franchise developing the Dallas area, the State of Connecticut, and Austin, Texas and then selling the successful franchises to Pillsbury, the parent company.

In 1975, they started C.A. McGuire sports apparel stores in Dallas and Houston.  The stores specialize in European sportswear and accessories and were located in such major shopping centers as Northpark Center, Dallas Galleria, Highland Park Village, Valley View Mall, Houston Galleria, Houston Greenspoint Mall and Houston Carillon Center.  Jackie did all the store decor, merchandise buying and Cory supervised all management and personnel as well as finding the location of all stores.  In 1985 the seven stores were sold to Tennis Lady of New York.

Their real estate career began in 1985 with a new firm, Allie Beth Allman Real Estate.  At the end of the first year their volume was over ten million and as one of the firm's first two associates has helped it achieve top recognition in the Dallas area in real estate sales.  In 1988 they became sales associates of Ben R. Briggs Realtors, one of the oldest and most respected firms in the area.

Jackie and Cory have become known as one of the most experienced remodelers of fine homes in the Park Cities and Preston Hollow area, having remodeled over twenty-seven homes in the Dallas, Texas and Vail, Colorado area.  Both Jackie and Cory are licensed brokers in the State of Colorado as well as sales associates in the State of Texas.

Christopher McGuire is a native Dallasite and a graduate of Highland Park High School & the University of Texas at Austin where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. He has lived in Dallas over 25 years.

In recognition of his sales achievements, Christopher was named Vice President by Briggs-Freeman in January 2006.

Christopher began his business career in the dot-com sector where he led technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective Fortune 500 clients. He also served as a product specialist and customer liaison for the company's software services and helped create quality control teams.

Being around real estate all his life Christopher decided to follow his parents, Jackie and Cory McGuire, who are Senior Vice Presidents and Top-Tier producers with Briggs-Freeman, into the family business. "Residential Real Estate has always fascinated me…when you do your job right you are a part of helping someone fulfill part of the American dream of homeownership…on the sell side you can help that person or family readjust their lifestyle to better suite their present needs. Ideally I can establish a long term relationship with a client and at the same time hopefully create a long term friendship as well."

Christopher's commitment to Dallas and the community is evidenced in his various local accomplishments, which include his involvement with Children's Medical Center Child Life Group, Preservation Dallas Historic House Society and Presbyterian Healthcare PHorum.  He also recently married his long time friend and love Megan Hawthorne in September 2005.
